WHO WE ARE
E. Sue Bopp - Sue has been with The EMO Agency Inc., since 1986, serving as past president and operating officer at the corporate headquarters in Warrenton, Virginia. She earned a BA degree from Hollins University, is a licensed Agent and a United States Equestrian Federation R-rated judge in Hunters and Hunter Seat Equitation. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Horse Shows Association.
Sue bought her first horse in 1973 from J. Arthur Reynolds, father of Betty Oare and Bucky Reynolds. Sue has actively competed in the Amateur-Owner and Adult Amateur Hunters over the decades with a variety of trainers, including Bucky Reynolds, Don Stewart and Jonelle Mullen, to name a few. When time permits, Sue also foxhunts with the Warrenton Hunt.

Martha Hall - Martha, a graduate of Oklahoma State University, is a licensed Agent and has been with EMO since 1985. Martha and her late husband, Ronnie Mutch, have been involved at the highest levels of the Hunter/Jumper sport for many decades, with multiple National Champions coming from their stables.
Martha currently shows Jumpers on the A-rated circuit and foxhunts with the Tryon Hounds in North Carolina aboard her mare Lonesome Lola. She previously served on the Board of Directors of the Tryon Riding & Hunt Club from 2005-2008 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tryon Hounds.

Michael Moran - Mike has been with The EMO Agency, Inc., since 1989. He's been a professional horseman since 1969, operating his own show stable until 1981. Mike began judging, course designing and commentating in 1979 and began a television/radio career in 1985 as a TV sports anchor and color commentator for all major sports networks (ABC, NBC, ESPN, CED, Sky Sports & the BBC). Mike is also a commercial voice actor and has completed hundreds of commercials for radio and television. He's hosted major auto TV shows for Speed Network and educational films for the equestrian associations.
Mike holds six USEF judge's cards (Hunter, Hunter/Jumping Seat Equitation, Hunter Breeding, Jumper, and course design for Hunters and Jumpers). He's currently the anchor and voice for the HITS Million Dollar Grand Prix series that plays online and on RideTV, which is on DISH Network. He travels to 25-30 shows a year as an official and has voice overs playing on the big screen and during the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas each year.
Mike and his wife Sandra live in Mounds, Oklahoma, where they own Zozimus Equine, a private show stable.

Bascomb Alexander - Born and raised in Fauquier County, Virginia, Bascomb grew up on a horse farm. "My parents bred and boarded horses, and we rode ponies all over the southern end of the county," she said. "We fox hunted with Casanova Hunt and I, along with many friends, showed the Short Circuit shows in the area." Bascomb started at EMO in 1994 as the bookkeeper, and she eventually became a licensed agent. She has worked in the Mortality Department as well as in the Farm and Liability Department.
Amanda Foster - Amanda was born in Maryland and raised in Fauquier County, Virginia. She graduated from Fauquier High School and worked in the home and auto insurance departments for Nationwide Insurance before joining The EMO Agency, Inc., in 2015, where she works in the Mortality & Farm Department as the Operations Manager.
Stephanie Dean - Stephanie has been a horse enthusiast her whole life and started riding when she was 5 years old. With a history of commercial insurance experience, she brought her knowledge to EMO and has expanded her education to specialize in farm and liability insurance. Stephanie lives in Warrenton with her husband and two children.
Stephanie Linthicum - A life-long resident of Virginia’s horse country, Stephanie joined the EMO staff in 2008. She's a licensed agent and currently supports the Equine Mortality Department. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University (Virginia), has three grown children, and loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Lindsey Williamson - Lindsey grew up on her family's Step At A Time Farm in Reva, Virginia, and began her equine career in the hunt fields of the Commonwealth as an active member of the Rappahannock and Bull Run Hunts. Her interest in how and why horses work led her to the Virginia Tech Animal Science department, where she specialized in Equine Nutrition and worked for the Middleburg Agricultural Research and Extension Center as an undergraduate. Lindsey joined EMO in 2019 and works in the Animal Mortality Department.

Lisa Boswell - Lisa joined EMO in 2010 and is a lifelong equestrian. She rides, trains and shows horses based out of Wellington, Florida, where she resides with her husband, Rob, a prominent equine veterinarian and their two children.

J. Blake Boyd - Blake has worked for EMO since 2006 and has a degree in economics from Wofford College (South Carolina). He travels the Hunter/Jumper show circuit with his wife Liza Boyd, their two daughters and the family's Finally Farm show stable, home to the three-time champion USHJA International Hunter Derby winner Brunello.

Chris Hocutt - Chris has been with EMO since 1997 and manages the EMO West Office in Burbank, California. Chris is an avid competitor in the Western world and has earned many AQHA World Championships and High-Point Awards throughout her highly successful career, most recently with her homebred Bellieve He's Blazing.

Daran Lockhart - Daran joined EMO in 2005 after graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in religious studies and business. Daran and his wife, Kari, own and operate Poseidon Stables, a Hunter/Jumper facility in Eugene, Oregon. Kari is a successful grand prix show jumper and competes both nationally and internationally.

Bill Reightler - Bill has distinguished himself in the Thoroughbred industry, with more than 40 years in the business. After training horses at the Mid-Atlantic tracks for 10 years, Bill has managed top breeding stock and prepped world-class yearlings and stakes horses. In 1999, Bill started the Bill Reightler Sales Agency, where he's a leading sales and bloodstock agent. He's an avid fox hunter and resides in Maryland with his family.

Nate Rolfe - Nate joined EMO in 2010 and has spent his life on farms and around horses. While at the University of Georgia, Nate met Haylie Jayne, a top Hunter/Jumper rider, and the two were married in 2009. Nate and Haylie spend their winters in Wellington, Florida and their summers at the Jayne family's Our Day Farm in Elgin, Illinois.

Jana Simons - Jana grew up in Aubrey, Texas, the daughter of horse trainers, Lynn and Andrea Simons, and the horse business remains a consistent and central part of her life. Jana and her family have raised and trained APHA and AQHA show horses for decades, primarily in all around and western pleasure disciplines. Along with this training program, the Simons family is known for their distinguished, late stallion, Zippos Sensation, NSBA Hall of Fame Inductee and leading sire for over 20 years. Jana's mother, Andrea, and sister, Sara Simons, are both well-respected multi-breed carded judges, with Sara continuing the family business of training first-class AQHA and APHA all around horses. Along with showing all around and western pleasure horses, Jana is also an active participant at NRHA events. Jana has been with EMO since 2019 and an agent since 2009.

Drew Taylor - Drew grew up in a family immersed in horses and has been with EMO since 2012. After graduating from the University of Virginia, Drew earned her licenses in insurance, real estate and with the American Quarter Horse Association in Hunters. She's active in the Hunter industry and has served on the Virginia Pony Breeders Association Board of Directions, the National Hunter Pony Breeding Championship Committee and the Virginia Horse Shows Association Pony Hunter Breeding Committee.
